More than 100 jobs are being created by the Liverpool hospitality group owning venues such as McCooley's, Level, Sgt Peppers and Brooklyn Mixer.
Pub Invest Group, which is the city's largest independent hospitality operator, announced the good news on Friday as it looks ahead to the reopening of the sector.
It wants to create a new team for when pubs and restaurants can start reopening outdoor areas again - in April.
Indoor spaces including pubs, bars and hotels are set to reopen in May under the new lockdown roadmap announced this week by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
On reopening, businesses will no longer be restricted to serving alcohol with a substantial meal and last year's 10pm curfew has also been scrapped.
Pub Invest Group is the largest independent operator in Liverpool, and its operations director, Mike Edwards, told BusinessLive : “The group is lucky to have some of the best outdoor spaces in this great city of Liverpool; and we now have some dates to work up to, so plans can be implemented.

Pub Invest Group's portfolio in the night time economy includes food-led sites, pubs, and high-volume bars and nightclubs.
The firm hopes to open several new sites later this year across the city.
