Mbappe set for Real Madrid move, huge Sancho update - Latest European transfer rumours

Mbappe set for Real Madrid move

Kylian Mbappe joining Real Madrid is “inevitable”, according to Monaco’s vice president Vadim Vasilyev.

Liverpool has also been mentioned as a possible future destination for the Frenchman, but Jurgen Klopp has previously said the forward would be too expensive for the Reds.

Kylian will join Real Madrid, I do not know when, but it seems inevitable,” Vasilyev has told Le Parisien.

"The club is very important in his life. Madrid had a more interesting offer than PSG in 2017 but he told me that thought it was too early to leave France, and Paris was his home.

"He wanted to become a great player in France as he would have plenty of time and that showed Kylian’s intelligence - he is now the best player in France and PSG have enough finances to keep him.”

Sancho puts Europe’s elite on alert

A host of European clubs have been placed on red alert following reports that Borussia Dortmund are willing to listen to offers for Jadon Sancho in January.

Sancho has been linked with a move to Manchester United, Real Madrid and Liverpool in recent months, following a superb first season with the German giants last.

The Independent are describing it as a “war in all directions”, with Sancho wanting to go, and the club now wanting to sell, but the Bundesliga side are believed to be holding out for a fee of over £100m for the former Manchester City man.

Willian speaks out on Chelsea future

Chelsea winger Willian has spoken out about his future at Chelsea with his current contract at Stamford Bridge expiring in the summer.

Frank Lampard is keen on keeping the 31-year-old at the club but he may be fighting a losing battle as suitors come forward from his services.

Willian, who has started 12 matches for the Blues this season, is able to sign a pre-contract agreement with Juventus and Barcelona reportedly interested.

He has now spoken about his future to Sky Sports, explaining: "I feel happy to play for this

club but this situation is not in my hands. It's in theirs.

"I wait for them. They know what I want, what I want to do. They already know so I wait for them."
