Mazars transaction services in the East Midlands celebrates a record year with a raft of promotions

International accountancy and advisory firm Mazars  has marked a record year for its transaction services division in the East Midlands with a raft of promotions.

Adam Foster, who joined from RSM in 2014, and has since worked on more than 80 transactions to corporates, banks and private equity clients, has been promoted to director.

Meanwhile, Tom Boss has been promoted to assistant manager and Jake Staten has qualified as a chartered accountant.

Partner Julian Clough said: "I have worked with Adam over the last nine years, during which time I have seen him develop into a strong advisor with a deep understanding of corporate finance transactions and an excellent eye for what matters on deals.

"His views are actively sought by our clients and we are delighted with this well-deserved promotion”.

Mazars transaction services has advised on over 40 Midlands transactions over the last year and now has a team of 11 operating across the region.

Adam Foster said: "We have seen strong growth over the last few years, both in the East and West Midlands, in-line with the rest of our business.

"We have successfully grown the team to meet this demand and it is particularly pleasing that we are also able to celebrate Tom’s promotion and Jake’s qualification".
