Mayo child's absolute delight at All-Ireland final ticket in brilliant video

As Mayo look to lift Sam Maguire for the first time in seventy years when they face Tyrone at Croke Park, the All-Ireland final is going to be extra special for one of their younger supporters.

8-year-old Cullen O'Reilly from Mayo got the surprise of his life last night when he was given a ticket to the showpiece match.

Completely unaware that this was in the offering, the wonderful moment of joy and happiness was captured and shared by his Uncle Kenny.

After being told the truth that the game is sold out, Cullen was then given a surprise that he'll never forget.

The GAA-mad fan could barely believe his luck and in a very heartwarming moment, he started to cry after being overwhelmed with joy.

DJ Ian Dempsey shared the lovely video on his Twitter feed and Cullen's love for his county and excitement ahead of the big game really struck a nerve with viewers.

"Ah, lads. There's nothing like it. All-Ireland emotions. Stop!," Does the heart good" and "Gosh, it’s dusty in here, my eyes are watering!" were some of the comments made by people who were very moved by the moment.

The clash between Mayo v Tyrone will take place at Croke Park this Saturday and it's available to watch on RTE2 from 17.30.
