Mayanti Langer and her husband, Indian cricketer Stuart Binny had little idea how their special day would pan out when they set out for work on Friday.
It was the fifth marriage anniversary for the couple, but they proceeded with it like any other day in their lives — Mayanti covering the game as a presenter and Binny taking field with his team in the ongoing Karnataka Premier League (KPL).

However, a special batting performance landed Binny in front of the TV camera, with Mayanti holding the mic ready to ask a few questions during the contest between Belgavi Panthers and Bengaluru Blasters.
Binny had smacked 87 off a mere 46 balls for Belgavi Panthers while batting first, and during the innings break, the couple came across each other. The conversation was nothing out of the ordinary but, she did blush when Binny spoke about it being a special day.

Mayanti blushed for the first time when Binny mentioned that it was a special day for him, and for the second time post the conclusion of the interview. Later on, Binny posted a photograph with his wife on Instagram.
This is not the first time Mayanti is said to have interviewed Binny, but according to a few reports, it was the first instance she was talking to the cricketer on camera after their marriage.
