The former Radio 1 presenter, 26, turned heads in the strapless gown, which she paired with matching white heels and a necklace.
Letting her hair loose, Maya's dark locks cascaded down to her shoulders as she struck a series of poses for her two million Instagram followers.

This comes amid reports that she 'spent time' with ex Stormzy on Christmas Day.
They split in August last year after four years together, with sources now claiming they're growing closer.
A source told The Sun : "Stormzy and Maya remained friends after their split and they decided to spend some time together over Christmas.
"They kept it very low key and remained at her place in the capital.
"Both Stormzy and Maya have made it clear it's too early to start talking about romance."
The insider added: "They made a lovely couple and given everything that's happened this year, it seems they could grow closer again."
After their split last year, Stormzy made a public apology with track Lessons, in which he opened up about missing his ex.
The lyrics read: "My nephew's still asking for his Aunty Maya / Guess this is the karma for what I done to Maya I just stood and let it burn, I couldn't down the fire."
But the star confirmed he wasn't unfaithful amid rumours that he'd been with someone else.
"I didn't cheat," he said, clearing up the rumours, "What I did was a big disrespect, what I did was very inconsiderate.
"It didn't need to be cheating for it still to be a disrespect. But I thought now is a good time to say I didn't cheat on my ex."
