The TV presenter travelled on a private jet with her boyfriend to an undisclosed location to mark the special day.
Posting pictures on Instagram, the Bristolian wrote: ’27 ALL THE BIRTHDAY FEELS â¤ï¸ CLING CLING YA B******S I LOVE YOU ALL ðððð’
The series of snaps included a photo of Ms Jama sipping a cocktail on the jet and posing in a bikini in front of the picturesque surroundings.
Mr Simmons also shared a funny clip of her wrapped up in a blue blanket for the flight, as Maya joked: ‘ET, phone home’, before laughing.
The basketball player captioned the clip: “Happy birthday to this beautiful girl @mayajama”, with a string of emojis.
The star also posted a snap of herself enjoying a plate of lobster in the swimming pool, as well as a view of the turquoise sea and a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila.
Many took to the comments to wish the TV personality a happy birthday.

Ms Jama went public with Mr Simmons at Wimbledon in July where they were seen kissing in the stands at the annual tennis tournament.
The pair were first romantically linked in May earlier this year with whispers of a romantic break in the US.
Mr Simmons previously dated Kendall Jenner, but the pair broke up in May 2019. Ms Jama dated rapper Stormzy for four years, with the pair splitting the same year.
