On bank holiday Monday you should expect Tesco superstores to open between 9am - 6pm, with some exceptions.
The smaller Tesco Metro and Express stores, as well as the smaller Sainsbury's shops, tend to operate their usual opening times (usually around 7am-11pm), even on bank holidays, so that's your best bet if you're stuck.

On Easter Monday, there will be reduced hours for Morrisons. At many stores this will be between 8am - 10pm, but always check your local store before you visit.
