Beauty inside approach: Glowing skin elixir
1/4 cup of Amla
1/4 cup of Cucumber
1/4 kala namak
Salt to taste
Blend all above things into a blender and drink it right after your yoga session.
Amla: good antioxidants and provide much needed vitamin C to your skin which acts against free radicalcucumber : it is great food as it provides hydration to your body which gives radiant flow to your skin.
Beauty Outside Approach: DIY face mask for glowing skin! I would go for good old turmeric mask for glowing skin, recreating haldi ceremony in my bathroom.
2 tablespoon multani mitti
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 spoon Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Water as needed to make paste
Mix all and make a paste. Apply this face mask once a week for 10 min! Make sure you
finish it or with cleaner, toner, and serum!
Coffee and yogurt face mask
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp honey
1/4 tsp Yogurt
Combine all the ingredients. Clean your face with face wash and apply the face pack.
After 1o-15 minutes, wash the face with cold water.
Homemade face packs are safer for the skin because they don't include any chemicals. They don't include fillers, artificial colors, or anything else that would be harsh on the skin.
