Max Richter has been revealed as the latest artist set to perform at this summer’s Live At Chelsea.
The composer will appear on stage at the Royal Hospital Chelsea on Friday June 2020, with Roger Hodgson and The Beach Boys playing the same venue on the following two days.
Richter will perform two of his works — Recomposed: Vivaldi - The Four Seasons and Three Worlds: Music from Woolf Works — at the outdoor show.
The 53-year-old German is one of the most celebrated contemporary classical composers of the 21st century, having released a string of solo pieces, as well devising music for stage, opera, ballet and film.
