Juventus manager Max Allegri has issued a simple response when asked about transfer rumours linking the club with a swoop for Moise Kean.
The Everton striker made the move to Goodison Park from the Serie A side in the summer of 2019, but has failed to make the right impact at his new club in the following two campaigns.
The 21-year-old spent last term on loan with Paris Saint-Germain and made no secret of his desire to return to the Ligue 1 side at the end of 2020/21, although their signing of Lionel Messi seems to have scuppered those hopes.
In recent days, however, numerous reports have suggested that Juventus are preparing a bid to welcome Kean back to Turin, although Allegri was staying tight-lipped on the situation.
He told a press conference on Friday [via StadiumAstro ]: "I'm not going to talk about Moise Kean, he's an Everton player."
Earlier in the day, Rafa Benitez had addressed the future of the Everton striker himself.
He remarked: "The reality is that he's our player, he did well last year, and he's with us.
"Then we have to deal with the situation not with the transfer window. We can continue talking about that [the speculation] but we will not have the solution.
"So we have to wait a few days, see where we are, and after maybe the next press conference it will be easier because we will have some facts instead of just the speculation."
On the other side of things, the Blues have been linked with potential interest in Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.
However, the boss remained clear that the former Schalke star would be staying put this summer, despite the club's need to raise funds in the transfer window.
He added: "Weston McKennie has to stay here at Juventus, he's not for sale. He's part of the project and he can improve."
