Maurizio Sarri admits that he doesn't know what the future holds for Eden Hazard but has pleaded with his star player to be at his best for the rest of Chelsea's season.
The Blues' campaign is on a knife-edge right now with them being three points outside the top four and also into the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
With eight Premier League games still to go, the Blues need to make sure they pick up as many wins as possible to try to get into the Champions League for next season, which is the top priority.
Once again Hazard has been the main man for Chelsea this season, netting 13 times in the league with another 11 assists to go with it.

However, there was some concern with the amount of rumours around him concerning Real Madrid that his focus might be elsewhere.
The player has previously stated that would not be the case, though, and Sarri admits that he needs his star player to be at his very best for the rest of the campaign.
"I don't know [about his future]. You have two possibilities: you can ask Hazard, or you can ask the club," Sarri said. "I'm not in charge of the market. For me, Hazard is important at this moment. We need him at the top in the last two months."
"Now we can't solve the problem. The market is closed. It's not important. I want to respect his decision, but I don't know at the moment if he has decided or not."
