Mauricio Pochettino to watch Tottenham after fans called for his return

Mauricio Pochettino, the current United States boss, is expected to attend Tottenham's Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night as a guest of the Spanish club.
The match will take place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, the same venue where Tottenham suffered their 2019 Champions League final defeat under Pochettino's management.
Pochettino will observe America midfielder Johnny Cardosa and his former team, with his contract as USA coach set to expire after this summer's World Cup.
Tottenham supporters have chanted Pochettino's name during their 2-1 defeat by Newcastle last month, and he has frequently been linked with a return to the club since his departure in 2019.
Under interim boss Igor Tudor, Tottenham have lost all three of their matches and are currently just one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League.
