Mauricio Pochettino turned himself into Buzz Lightyear and told his Tottenham players they are writing the greatest chapter in the club’s history.
Pochettino borrowed the famous “infinity and beyond” line from the character of the Toy Story film by insisting they are taking Tottenham to new heights despite not winning any silverware during his five year reign.
“You know always you must dream with the moon if you want to get to the sky,” said Pochettino. “You need to settle your dreams.
“In the infinity and beyond. Because if you put your dream here and in the moment, if you don't get this dream, you get this and maybe it's a bottle without water. It's so difficult to accept.

“Look how far ahead we are. That is why after five years, we must congratulate everyone here. Maybe didn’t win, still, a trophy.
"But what we are doing now is more than just a trophy. What we achieve as a club is massive. Not in the history of the football can repeat another history [story] like Tottenham have made.”

Tottenham are now favourites to reach the final after reaching their first European Cup semi final in 57 years and the first time ever since it changed to the Champions League format.
But Pochettino warned that Tottenham must and will not take Ajax lightly as the Dutch club have already knocked out Real Madrid and Juventus .

Pochettino added: “We have a great opportunity to be here playing in the semi final, it does not happen often and even more for a club like us. It is the first time we are playing a semi final in the Champions League.
“That’s why you must show respect for the competition and must show respect for the opponents. It's going to be so tough. Ajax fully deserve to be where they are and going it's going to be a very competitive game.”
