Mauricio Pochettino has another meeting planned next week with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy

Mauricio Pochettino has a third meeting within two weeks lined up with Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy for next week in London.

The Spurs boss has been disappointed with the communication inside the club in recent weeks and he and Levy have looked to put an end to those issues.

The duo talk regularly in passing at Tottenham's Hotspur Way training complex but in recent weeks they have held meetings to go over the club's start to the season and the remaining days of the foreign transfer windows.

The pair held once such meeting last week before going out to dinner on Thursday night after the Champions League draw was made.

While shooting down rumours that he was set to walk out on the club this weekend, Pochettino admitted on Friday that after Sunday's north London derby he will head abroad later in the week before returning for a post-window closing meeting with Levy in London Friday.

"What I can say about that stupid rumour. After five years now I start the sixth and you know how we worked in the summer to try to rebuild and update because from (version) 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and now 6.0 MP software, you know," he said. 

"That stupidity can only happen through some rumour sent into social media that creates a big problem that doesn't exist. I'm not going to walk away after the north London derby.

"I'm going to be here Monday, Tuesday... My plan is to travel - I'm not going to tell you where because I have some commitments, and then Friday again to London, meeting with Daniel.

"At the weekend I think I'm going to watch some games live of national teams and Monday is preparing the week.  I’m not going to walk away. I'm not this type of person to send a message through social media."

On his dinner with Levy and his assistant Jesus Perez, Pochettino said it was a very positive evening for all concerned.

"It was very good. We talked about everything. We needed to have a conversation last week and this week the same, it was very positive, the most important thing is to help the club and the team perform and be on the same page," he said.

"How important the communication is, and to communicate in a good place always helps.

"Nothing has changed in our personal relationship. Sometimes our vision in the professional side cannot be the same or sometimes can have some disagreement, but the most important thing is the personal relationship is still strong.

"This morning he showed me a picture that we took on the last day at White Hart Lane where we are together with our coaching staff and his family and he said, 'Look, our personal relationship is still there'.

"But that doesn't mean that we don't have some disagreement in our professional vision but the most important thing is we care about the club, we care about the fans and the team and we do the best thing for the club."
