Mauricio Pochettino given hard deadline for huge quadruple Chelsea transfer as bids are prepared

Chelsea are claimed to want four more exits completed before the club sets off on their pre-season tour next week.

Mauricio Pochettino will get to put his squad through their paces during the Blues’ trip to the USA. Summer signings Nicolas Jackson, Christopher Nkunku and Diego Moreira will also get the opportunity to work closely with their new teammates during the team’s four games stateside.

Pochettino oversaw his first training session last week but not everyone has been instructed to report back to Cobham. The Blues appear to have given a trio of players a deadline to find a new club, while there could also be a fourth heading for the exit door before the club jet off to the US.

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has stated that Romelu Lukaku , Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Hakim Ziyech have all been told to delay their returns to training. It is claimed that Chelsea hope the three players can use the time to find a ‘solution’ over their futures, ahead of the club starting their pre-season tour on July 17.

Lukaku spent last season on loan at Inter Milan, with the Italian giants reportedly preparing a second bid for the striker after seeing their opening offer rejected. Ziyech looked set to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr before the move collapsed due to a failed medical. Meanwhile, Aubameyang is expected to leave this summer after an unsuccessful spell at Stamford Bridge.

However, Callum Hudson-Odoi could also be added to Chelsea’s growing list of outgoings. The winger was loaned to Bayer Leverkusen last term and, according to Roamno, has ‘decided to leave’ Chelsea this summer.

It is said that discussions are ongoing over a permanent move away from his boyhood club. Romano reports that the England international has received approaches from Saudi Arabia but he is focussed on remaining in Europe, with his agents working on finding suitors in Italy.
