Maura Higgins tipped to appear in next series of Strictly Come Dancing

Longford hottie Maura Higgins has been tipped to take part in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.

The upcoming 2020 series of the hit show has been under threat as bosses work out how to film the show if lockdown continues.

BBC have reportedly been asked to secure stars without young families who are able to stay away from home for long periods in case the cast need to quarantine.

The beautiful Love Island sensation was added to the market to take part in Strictly Come Dancing at 10/1 but those odds didn’t last long as they were hammered into 5/1 last month.

BoyleSports received further support for Maura on Monday morning as the grid girl is now 3/1 to dance her way towards the glitterball.

Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing remains the 4/5 favourite to take part.

The reality TV talent missed his chance to take part in Dancing On Ice due to an injury and fans are keen to see the bubbly character take to the dancefloor.

Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Maura Higgins has been a huge hit since leaving the Love Island villa last summer, so it’s no surprise to see punters getting behind her to appear on Strictly Come Dancing.

“Maura done extremely well on Dancing On Ice and she is now 3/1 from 10/1 to waltz her way onto the dancefloor.”
