Maura Higgins has opened up about her steamy relationship with Curtis Pritchard after it was suggested their romance could be on the way out.
The couple have been dogged by split rumours in weeks after appearing to barely spend any time together.
However, Maura has insisted the pair are going to great lengths to keep their fires of passion burning while their hectic schedules keep them apart.
From flirty texts, bubble baths and surprise gifts, Maura hailed Curtis as the 'best boyfriend she ever had' in a candid magazine interview.
Speaking in this week's Heat about her beau, she cried: "Oh my God, he's just amazing. He's very, very kind.
"It was my birthday recently and he was giving me like, presents every day for the entire week before. No boyfriend has ever done anything like that for me before. It was very special and very thoughtful of him."
Maura, who makes her debut on Dancing On Ice this month, said that she believes spending considerable time apart is actually good for their relationship.
"It's quite nice, as we have time to miss each other and really look forward to our time together. We can't wait to see each other, which is always a good thing," she explained.
The pair have been more in demand than after becoming breakout stars Love Island 2019.
While Maura, 29, is soon to be showing off her skills on the ice, Curtis will be appearing in rival BBC One talent show The Greatest Dancer.
23-year-old Curtis bagged the role of receptionist for the auditions which will see him greeting the contestants before they perform for the judges.
But before their 2020 schedules tear them apart, this week Maura shared a steamy snap of her New Year's Day reunion with Curtis.
The pair entered the new decade in in very intimate style as they shared a hot and soapy bubble bath together.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Maura welcomed her fans and followers into the bath with her as she sat opposite her hunky boyfriend and raised a glass of red wine to the camera.
Curtis flashed a devilish smile as Maura took a photo showing him completely naked and gazing back at her - while the knees of the Irish reality star hid Curtis’ modesty.
“Happy New Year,” Maura captioned the moment - while Curtis, sharing the same image on his own social media feed, joked: “At a quick glance your legs look like mine.”
