Maura Higgins has broken her silence following with Coronation Street actress Katie McGlynn.
appearing to show the Love Island star clashing with the Corrie star at the TV Choice Awards.
Katie, 26, denied the pair fell out and blamed the rumours .
She posted a picture of her - with a disgruntled look on her face - and Maura holding hands on Instagram and captioned it: "My face when I saw the headlines of our "row" this morning."
Longford woman Maura , 28, responded to the rumours by re-posted the image with crying-laughing face, kissing face and kiss mark emojis.
Katie, who plays Sinead Tinker in Corrie, claimed it had all been a misunderstanding and called Maura a "lovely girl".
She tweeted: "Must be a slow news day. It was a pleasure meeting @MauraHiggins last night, she's a lovely girl!
"We had a great night. Must remember to be less animated when talking to new friends haha."
Despite their apparent raging row, the pair were seen leaving the party hand-in-hand.
