Maura Higgins is reportedly mending her broken heart after calling it a day with Giovanni Pernice.
The Love Island bombshell and Strictly Come Dancing hunk have ended their romance after four months of being together.
Irish stunner Maura is said to be "absolutely devastated" after Italian star Giovanni's Strictly commitments got between them.
"It's all over for now. Maura's absolutely devastated, it appears the Strictly curse has struck again," a source told The Sun.
"Pals are hoping that they can patch things up. But only time will tell whether Giovanni's got the time.
"He's been working 24/7 on the show practising with celeb partner Rose, and they've become really good friends. He's even been learning sign language, showing it off on social media.
"Maura's decided to take a step back and let him concentrate on the show."
The Mirror have contacted representatives for Maura Higgins and Giovanni Pernice for comment.
Earlier today, the pair sparked rumours they are no longer together by deleting all traces of one another on their respective Instagram pages.
It came just as the lovebirds were set to move in with one another this month.
However, eagle-eyed fans have spotted that not only has Maura deleted all traces of her beau from Instagram, she has also unfollowed Giovanni.
Taking to Twitter, supporters of the couple shared their disappointment.
“Why has Maura deleted all her posts with Giovanni? Not the Strictly curse again,” one questioned.
“It looks like Maura and Giovanni are off. She’s unfollowed him,” another echoed.
“OMG! Noooooo! I love those two together! Thought they’d last,” someone else complained.
Meanwhile, a fourth chimed: “That’s bloody heartbreaking. Maura deserves the world.”
“I imagine the Strictly curse has got them,” another suggested.
Maura's social media detox comes just days after the brunette beauty hinted that she was set to move in with Giovanni.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Maura shared a snap of an array of moving boxes in her London apartment.
Alongside the snap, she filled her followers in on why she had been rather quite on social media.
“It’s finally moving week! Reason for my absence,” Maura penned.
