Matteo Guendouzi has thanked the Arsenal fans after he was voted the club's player of the month.
The 20-year-old has gone from strength to strength over the last month and has been key to the Gunners going on a run of eight games without defeat.
The midfielder has been a real success story since arriving at the club last year, and has now established himself as one of the first names on Unai Emery's teamsheet.
Such is his impact, he was voted as the player of the month ahead of the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Calum Chambers and Emilano Martinez.
Taking to social media after picking up the award, Guendouzi posted: "Player of the month of September. Thanks to all the Fans. You are my strength."
Guendouzi's impact has been key to Arsenal's success so far this term.
The North London side's excellent run of form has seen them move to third in the Premier League after picking up 15 points from eight games so far.
With games against Sheffield United, Crystal Palace and Wolves coming up, the hope is that Unai Emery's side will be able to establish themselves as real contenders to finish in the top four in the campaign ahead.
