Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is one of several white quarterbacks to speak out in wake of the protests surrounding the death of George Floyd. While others shared social media posts, supporting black communities, Ryan went a step further.
Last week, Atlanta’s former MVP QB created a GoFundMe aimed at advancing the lives of the black community, and donated $500,000 to help kick things off. Ryan’s fundraiser has raised $1.2 million in total thus far.
