Lions coach Matt Patricia joined the Good Morning Football program on the NFL Network on Tuesday morning. Among the topics was the lack of attention Patricia’s team gets in the NFC North.
Coach Patricia is not fazed by the slight. In fact, he likes being overlooked.
“Bears are great, Packers are awesome and Minnesota is always a problem,” Patricia said via remote from Allen Park. “I love that. Let’s keep pumping those guys up. We’ve got a lot of work to do. Hopefully, we’ll be able to hang with them.”
Clad in a black Lions hat and with his trademark pencil tucked above his right ear, Patricia appeared comfortable and engaging with the GMFB crew.
