Matt Lucas has confirmed that Little Britain will return as he revealed that there have been secret talks with Netflix.
The comedian, 46, said reports that he and David Walliams had discussions with Netflix about reviving their show were true.
He told The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2: "It might happen. We had a conversation with them a while ago so the seed was planted in our heads.
"We'd love to bring it back in some way at some point.
"We're both quite busy boys but we're speaking often (to each other) and one idea was to maybe do a stage show of it again...
"We don't know. It may come back. I think it will come back in some form.
"We're just still figuring out what that will be."
Matt and David wrote and starred in Little Britain from its inception as a radio show in 2000 and TV show in 2003.
The show aired on BBC3 for four series and has since filmed various specials for shows such as Comic Relief.
It was reported that Netflix had offered the comedy duo £3million to make the show, though Matt didn't speak about money today.
And the streaming service wants the new season to be even ruder than before, it's claimed.
A source told The Sun : " Netflix have set up phone meetings next week with David and Matt.
"The offer they are making is more than double the BBC could make. It'd be a package of well over a million each.
"David and Matt don't need the cash but bosses at Netflix know they are a more viable option for the brand."
