Matt LeBlanc's "Irish Da" memes have been blowing up the internet since the reunion

After the tears were wiped away from the emotional reunion special of Friends, the internet does what it always does and found a way to cement the behind-the-scenes episode for years to come, in meme format.

Resident ladies' man Joey Tribbiani, played by Matt LeBlanc, is at the centre of this particular social media storm with people from around the world joining in by pointing out LeBlanc's supposed Irish roots, as he distinctly resembles the Irish Da in many situations experienced in life.

From the post-Sunday roast to the therapeutic pint in his local, LeBlanc fits seamlessly into many realities that the Irish Da has found himself in.

If LeBlanc was Irish, you know he'd hold journalists to account.

And let's not even mention that his sports commentary would rival that of Roy Keane.

When it comes time for the Christmas Nativity play at his children's primary school, Matt will be there.

And with the Da status now immortalised, here come the Da jokes.

What scenario do you think Matt LeBlanc best suits?
