Matt Goss suffers injury and has to pull out of Swansea Arena show

Matt Goss has postponed his performance at Swansea Arena due to difficulties with a shoulder and collar bone injury. The Bros star was due to perform at the venue on Saturday, March 11, but the show has now been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 18. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

His show, The Matt Goss Experience, is billed as "an unmissable night of his biggest hits, new original music, and a personal tribute to one of the greatest songwriters ever, Cole Porter, in an evening of unashamed swing, glitz and swagger by one of the UK's best showmen".

Having headlined Las Vegas for 11 years, the singer will be supported by some of the best big band musicians in the country and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. Get Swansea stories straight to your inbox with our newsletter.

A message from the musician's team read: “Matt has suffered a recurrence of a shoulder/collar bone injury that is restricting his movement and has been advised to rest his shoulder over the next few weeks to ensure full healing for what will be an arduous tour. Because of this, we have taken the precautionary decision to move the date of this concert to April 18, to ensure Matt is 100% fit and able to deliver the incredible performance he wants to give fans at all shows on this tour. We hope this inconvenience will not spoil your enjoyment of the concert.”
