Matt Doherty and James McClean and Matt Doherty have tested positive for Covid-19 ahead of Ireland's game with Bulgaria on Wednesday.
In another blow for Stephen Kenny's side, the duo will miss the game as Ireland face possible relegation from their Nations League group.
Ireland have already lost Callum Robinson as well as Alan Browne to the virus during this international window alone, while Covid-19 wreaked havoc with the Boys in Green last month.
Injuries have also rocked the Irish camp, with key men such as Aaron Connolly, John Egan and Seamus Coleman all picking up knocks during the international window.
The Boys in Green host Bulgaria at the Aviva Stadium on Wednesday evening.
