Mateusz Klich's new tattoo gets the seal of approval from Leeds United fans

While the future of certain key players may be in doubt, there's one first team player who clearly has taken Yorkshire to his heart.

Mateusz Klich displayed two new tattoos on his Instagram stories - one of which is a clear nod to the time he has spent in West Yorkshire.

The tattoo shows a Yorkshire rose with the date '6.11.18' emblazoned on it - the date that his daughter Laura was born in Leeds General Infirmary.

It's safe to say that his tribute to his daughter, his very own Yorkshire rose, has gone down well with Leeds United fans.

Klich returned to training last week after being granted an additional week off following his appearances for Poland.

Klich was United's most frequent player last season, making 50 appearances for the club across all competitions and scoring 10 goals, as well as nine appearances for Poland with one goal. He has played for his country twice over the summer, playing the full 90 minutes as Poland beat Gjanni Alioski's North Macedonia 1-0 and getting another 75 minutes under his belt in the 4-0 victory over Israel 4-0.
