Match of the Day pundit Stephen Warnock has told Tanguy Ndombele the one thing he must improve.
Ndombele has been a mainstay in Jose Mourinho's starting XI so far this season and he managed to get on the scoresheet on Sunday when he fired home the opener in Tottenham's draw with Wolves.
The midfielder lashed in a long-range effort with just one minute on the clock and that looked to be the winner until Romain Saiss scored with four minutes remaining.
Ndombele was praised for his performance against Wolves on Match of the Day, but there is one thing he has been told to improve, and that relates to the fact he hasn't played a full 90 minutes once in the Premier League so far this season.
“He was really impressive today," said Warnock. "He started the game extremely well, picking up a good position on the edge of the box. It is poor defending from Wolves but he gets a good connection on the ball.
“He grew into the game and it was all about his strength, getting his body in between players and driving forward. He is closing players down and then having the ability to get away from people and pick a pass.
“He left the field on around 70 minutes and Jose Mourinho will want him to get fitter. He needs to be lasting 90 minutes in a game.”
Ndombele has made 13 appearances in the league for Spurs this season, 11 of which have been starts, but 79 minutes is the longest he has lasted, often giving way shortly after the hour mark.
Across all competitions, the 24-year-old has only completed 90 minutes on two occasions this season, a Europa League qualifier with Shkendija and a Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea.
