Manchester City will kick off Match of the Day tonight after their crushing victory over Watford.

Pep Guardiola's side put eight past the hapless Hornets - going in at the break 5-0 up and looking on course to beat Manchester United's Premier League record victory over Ipswich, with that 9-0 win dating back to March 1995.

In the end, City settled for eight to move to within two points of league leaders Liverpool.

Leicester meanwhile came from behind to beat Tottenham at the King Power Stadium in a game dominated by another controversial VAR shout.

Here’s the running order for MOTD tonight...

BBC One, 10.30pm BST, 21/09/2019

1 Man City 8-0 Watford
2 Leicester 2-1 Tottenham
3 Everton 0-2 Sheffield United
4 Burnley 2-0 Norwich
5 Newcastle 0-0 Brighton
6 Southampton 1-3 Bournemouth

Viewers with a TV licence can live stream Match of the Day online via the BBC iPlayer from 10.30pm BST tonight. Gary Lineker will present tonight's show.
