Match of the Day 2 live stream and presenters revealed: What time is MOTD on tonight?

Manchester City should get top billing on Match of the Day 2 on Sunday night after knocking Liverpool off the Premier League summit with a thrilling six-goal demolition of Chelsea.

Sergio Aguero recovered from a shocking open-goal miss to notch a magnificent treble and equal Alan Shearer's record of 11 Premier League hat-tricks as the hosts - who were 4-0 up inside 25 minutes - ran riot at Etihad Stadium.

Raheem Sterling added a brace and Ilkay Gundogan also got in on the act to return City to the top of the table and further improve their goal difference advantage over title rivals Liverpool, who brushed aside Bournemouth on Saturday and still possess a game in hand.

The result also heaped considerably more pressure on Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, whose side were thrashed by Bournemouth last month and lost to top-four rivals Arsenal.

Match of the Day 2

BBC Two | 10.00pm | 10/02/2019

Viewers with a TV licence can live stream Match of the Day 2 online via the BBC iPlayer. Mark Chapman will present tonight's show, and will be joined by Alan Shearer and Jermaine Jenas.

The only other game to analyse is Tottenham vs Leicester, which took place earlier in the day at Wembley.

Mauricio Pochettino's side remain in the title hunt following a 3-1 victory that saw record signing Davinson Sanchez net his first goal for Spurs.

Jamie Vardy came straight off the bench and missed a penalty after Jan Vertonghen fouled James Maddison, an error which was compounded three minutes later when Christian Eriksen doubled Tottenham's advantage with a quality strike.

Vardy did atone for his saved spot-kick by reducing the deficit with 14 minutes remaining, only for the in-form Heung-Min Son to seal a fourth successive win in second-half stoppage-time.

Tottenham remain five points adrift of City and Liverpool in third and travel to Borussia Dortmund in the last 16 of the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
