A former MasterChef contestant is opening a new 72-cover restaurant in a stunning Bristol building.
Award-winning caterer and restaurant operator Cleverchefs, founded by esteemed chef Nick Collins, is launching The Vincent Kitchen in the refurbished Queen Victoria House in Redland.
Nick, who reached the semi final of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2008, said The Vincent Kitchen will offer "luxurious casual dining in a light and stylishly designed restaurant," overlooking the arboretum garden.
The Vincent Kitchen will be open for all-day dining, from breakfast through to dinner served in a candlelit setting, while Sunday lunch will take the form of a home cooked gourmet roast.
"We are delighted to be operating The Vincent Kitchen at Queen Victoria House which is now also home to Pegasus’ refurbished apartments," said Nick.
"Cleverchefs decided to create an offer here that represented modern café culture, casual dining with a touch of luxury.
"Food wise, we want that breathtaking initial reaction from our guests, we want to make them smile with food joy. Food has always made me smile.
"We have featured the name 'Kitchen' due to the open theatre style kitchen we offer where our guests will have the chance to dine at the chefs' bar and watch our cooking in action.
"The Vincent Kitchen will bring something brand new to the district and we look forward to welcoming guests to our dining experience."

With as many of the ingredients as possible sourced locally, alternatives to plastic and other materials that cannot be recycled will also be used wherever possible.
Cleverchefs was launched in 2015 by Nick, who has been a chef for more than 20 years and found his passion for food and attention to detail in Michelin-starred restaurants.
The company specialises in providing exceptional food for many different sectors of the catering industry from wedding, corporate events, film and TV location catering to private chef hire dining.
The Vincent Kitchen is set to launch on September 2. It is located at Queen Victoria House, Redland Hill, Redland, BS6 6US.
