Masterchef presenter and buttery biscuit base lover Gregg Wallace has been sharing snaps of a recent visit to Edinburgh on his Instagram page: including a photo of him being filmed taking an icy dip in the sea at Portobello at 7am.
However, the TV star wasn't all that clear on the spelling of Portobello as he dubbed it "Porta Bello" on his Insta story.
The chef also shared updates that showed him hanging out with top Edinburgh chef Tom Kitchin and helping him in his - er - kitchen.
Gregg has been on a highly publicised health kick recently, losing around four stone and developing what he referred to as an "almost six pack", which he showed off online.
On the back of that, the former grocer and pudding enthusiast launched a new website called Showme.fit, which focuses on exercise, healthy eating and creating a balanced lifestyle to make permanent life changes.
The service gives subscribers access to a team of experts offering recipes, exercises, nutritional and motivational advice for just £7 a month.
After Gregg shared the chilly photo of his dip in the sea at Porty, followers took to Instagram to congratulate him.
One fan said: "Rather you than me, well done you!"
And celeb chef Tom Kitchin wrote: "Bet that sorted you out mate."
Gregg also shared a photo to his story showing him helping Tom prepare seafood, saying: "Me helping out Tom Kitchin lol."
He also shared a smiling selfie he took with the chef, with people commenting that it was a rare sight: "Well done Gregg a man of many talents you even got a smile out of Tom Kitchin."
It's not entirely clear what Gregg was filming in Edinburgh - but we certainly hope he enjoyed his stay. Come back soon, Gregg.
