Gregg Wallace has shown off the results of his impressive body transformation.
The MasterChef star shared a topless selfie on Instagram, displaying his newly toned physique.
He captioned the shot: “Getting There.”
The TV star has previously revealed he lost more than three stone in weight by cutting down on alcohol and giving up fried breakfasts.
Fans were impressed with his efforts, with one writing: "You look fitter than me already mate, I am half of your age."
Another quipped: "Blimey. That was a shock over my Rice Krispies this morning."
He has recently started sharing exercise photos on social media and was more than happy to answer questions from his followers.
One follower asked how much weight he gains while filming MasterChef, Gregg replied: "None any more."
The TV host, who used to be 16 and a half stones, decided to overhaul his life a few years ago - after admitting he was drinking alcohol most days and frequently ordering takeaways.
“Let’s just say there are certain things you have to cut out,” he explained on Good Morning Britain in 2017.
“I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more.”
Wallace, 54, and his wife Anna, who is 21 years his junior, became parents to a baby boy earlier this spring.
The couple met in 2013 after she reportedly got in touch on Twitter.
He also has two children from a previous marriage.
