A large sinkhole which caused water mains to burst and the road to collapse has forced changes to city bus routes.
The junction of Green Lane and Prescot Road in Old Swan was left in chaos after the sinkhole opened up on Friday night.
Major flooding caused people to be evacuated from their homes after a section of road caved in at around 10.30pm.

Over the weekend, engineers worked to stem the flooding and safeguard the area which closed Prescot Road.
This morning, the fallout from the road's collapse has forced bus services to be diverted from their usual routes.
Posting on social media, Arriva North West listed the changes to their services which are in place today.

Old Swan/Prescot Road remains closed. Routes 8/9 10/A/B 62, 68 remain on diversion omitting Prescot Road from Tesco to L7 Market and the whole of Green Lane.
7 heading to Liverpool will omit Old Liverpool Road heading to Liverpool and will instead use Sankey Way back on route at Penketh Road.
8/9 Seel Road in Huyton is closed and these routes will use Huyton Hey Road, Hall Lane and Longview Drive.
44/44B Virgina Street is closed for one day.
