'Massive' - Leeds United fans largely happy about team news vs Norwich but have one concern

Leeds United are searching for their second Premier League win of the season when they face struggling Norwich City at Carrow Road this afternoon.

The Whites will be looking to climb back out of the relegation zone and record a first away victory since their 2-0 success against Southampton back in May.

Meanwhile, Norwich currently sit rock bottom on just two points from their opening nine matches and come into the game off the back of a 7-0 thrashing at Chelsea.

Marcelo Bielsa has made one change from the starting XI that drew 1-1 against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend, with Kalvin Phillips replacing Mateusz Klich.

Jamie Shackleton and Raphinha have been passed fit to retain their place in the side, whilst Joe Gelhardt, Tyler Roberts and Crysencio Summerville are all on the bench.

Leeds fans have been reacting to the team selection and the vast majority are pleased, although some are concerned about the potential prospect of Pascal Struijk in midfield again.

Here's what some had to say on social media.

@LUFCFilmGeek91: Very happy with that, as strong as we can be regarding the injuries we have.

@Kieranmcgreevy7: I don’t get it genuinely he’s got a Struijk in midfield when Forshaw is on the bench who played a blinder against Arsenal

@ChayD: Decent team if we play 3-3-3-1 and pack the midfield. However I fear this is going to be a 5-1-4 and Phillips is going to be our only midfielder. Rather than 5-1-4 it’ll be 3 at the back, 4 wingers, 1 midfielder and Rodrigo playing as a 10 with no one in front

@LUFCjamie1919: 3 at the back then. Massive boost having KP back. Come on Leeds, have to win today.

@Seanrh11: Don’t mind the team but really don’t understand this playing players out of position when there’s players on bench more than capable

@MattyBrault: Good line up that. Let Struijk & Phillips dominate the midfield & allow the front 4 to just go and play with freedom. Plus it should allow Dallas & Shacks to get forward

@jayknowsball2: Good balance between attacking and defence. Little bit worried we haven’t got a proper box to box like Klich in there but no need to worry

@Elliott_6h: I have never watched Struijk in the midfield and once thought he could ever be a good midfielder just weird

On the other hand, Norwich have made three changes, as Kieran Dowell, Andrew Omobamidele and Milot Rashica have all come into the side.
