Gardai are being hailed for their excellent work after massive haul of cocaine, cash and drug-dealing paraphernalia were seized in west Dublin.
Gardaí from the Blanchardstown Community Action team investigating drug dealing in the Dublin 15 area made the bust after a sting on an address in Tyrellstown.
The seizure included cocaine with an estimated street value of around €23,000 as well as a mobile phone, a quantity of cash and other drug-related paraphernalia including weighing scales and mixing equipment.
Gardai said in a statement: "Gardaí from the Blanchardstown Community Action team (K-Cats) investigating drug dealing in the Blanchardstown area carried out a search of an address in the Tyrellstown area on the 5th December 2019.

"Cocaine with a street value of €23,500 recovered. One male arrested and detained for questioning."
