A massive ceremonial sword was seized by police who responded to a brawl in Glasgow .
Officers were called to reports of a disturbance involving a number of males fighting in Househillmuir Road, Priesthill, around 5.15pm on Thursday March 5.
Pictures from the scene show a cop walking within a cordoned area holding a huge blade with a long handle.
It is unclear at this time if the weapon was involved in the fight or if anybody has been injured.
Police remain on the scene as they work to establish the circumstances surrounding the fight.
A force spokesperson said: "About 5.15pm tonight, (Thursday, 5 March, 2020) officers attended the report of disturbance involving a number of males fighting in Househillmuir Road in Glasgow.
"Officers are currently still at the scene and enquiries are underway to establish the circumstances."
