Massive brawl breaks out at water parks as bathers and security trade blows

A vicious brawl broke between bathers and security staff at a water park was caught on camera.

The shocking scene, which happened at the Yamit 2000 Water Park in Tel Aviv, Israel, was captured on film by an eyewitness on Saturday.

The video starts as security staff and the group of men in swimming trunks hit each other with plastic chairs and hurl them across the poolside area.

At one point a security guard is rugby-tackled to the ground causing the his gun to be flung across the floor.

The guard is repeatedly hit with a chair as he desperately scrambles to get his firearm back.

All the while parents who are stuck standing close to the action, attempt to shield their children from the violence.

The men then disappear from the camera’s view.

The CEO of the recreation ground, Shimschon Chen, told Channel 12 news that the incident began after a group tried to enter the spa area without purchasing the appropriate ticket.

“I do not know if they were drunk, but they certainly did not obey the instructions of the security guards and the ushers – they tried to enter by force,” Mr Chen said.

A 17-year-old has been arrested and police inquiries are ongoing.
