Massive Bears bobbleheads will appear throughout Chicago this season

If you live in Chicago or plan to visit the Windy City for a Bears game this fall, get ready to see some hauntingly huge bobbleheads.

Yes, bobbleheads.

The Bears will scatter bobblehead statues standing seven-feet tall throughout the city in honor of the team’s 100th anniversary. The player statues won’t be limited to greats from yesteryear, either.

On September 5, a statue of Khalil Mack will join Red Grange at the entrance to Soldier Field.

Other monster-sized bobbleheads fans will see this season include Dick Butkus, Bill George, Mike Ditka, Walter Payton and Brian Urlacher. The statues will weigh between 150 and 200 pounds.

In addition to the towering figures popping up outside and around the stadium, the Bears will be doing bobblehead giveaways in 2019. The giveaways include players like Devin Hester and Mike Singletary, too.

It’s going to be a fun year in Chicago.
