Mason Rudolph’s attorney calls Myles Garrett allegation of a racial slur ‘a lie’

Myles Garrett held an appeal meeting to his indefinite suspension on Wednesday. In his appeal hearing with James Thrash of the NFL offices, Garrett alleges Mason Rudolph called him a racial slur prior to Week 11’s melee.

Rudolph’s attorney wasted no time in responding. In a quickly prepared statement instantly distributed on social media, attorney Timothy M. Younger strongly refutes Garrett’s claim. In fact, he calls it “a lie”.

Rudolph met with the media on Wednesday and read from a prepared statement that did little to calm the storm.
