Masked Singer's Snow Leopard 'rumbled' as fans 'work out identity' after James Bond clue

The Masked Singer UK viewers were quick to share their theories over the mystery identity of Snow Leopard on Sunday night.

The character took to the stage to perform, competing against the other new characters for series three.

As usual, each character dropped a number of clues about their true identity, including some after their first performance.

Viewers were looking out for hints in the VT as well as the performance, in a bid to work out Snow Leopard.

It wasn't long before theories rolled in on Twitter too, with different names thrown into the mix and some cropping up more than others.

After a very telling James Bond clue, fans were sure the person behind the mask is famous TV star Gloria Hunniford.

One person wrote on Twitter: "Snow Leopard is Gloria Hunniford. Guaranteed!"

"Gloria Hunniford is snow leopard," a second shared.

Meanwhile, the judges guessed it was Joan Collins or Judi Dench, as well as Jane Seymour.

Jonathan Ross said: "Maybe someone who interviewed the stars - Gloria Hunniford."

Leaving one final clue, the unknown celebrity said: " Just like cats, I'm not a fan of water."

On Saturday night, Chandelier was the first character to be unmasked in the first episode of series three.

Heather Small was revealed to be the mystery celebrity under the costume, leaving the judges in shock.

She confessed she put on a voice to disguise her own distinctive vocals, meaning no one guessed it was her.

As viewers guessed away at home, no one successfully worked out Heather was Chandelier.

Instead, guesses included Jane McDonald, Elaine Paige, Rachel Riley and Debbie McGee.Speaking about doing the show, Heather said: "I’d seen Gabrielle and Joss Stone saying how much fun it was and in these most challenging of times a little bit fun is good for everyone."

On keeping it all a secret, she added: "I would say it is difficult, especially when you are with one of the nosiest people on the planet – my mother!"

The Masked Singer UK continues Saturday at 7pm on ITV.
