Masked Singer's Queen Bee revealed to be Nicola Roberts after she gives away identity with major clue

Before she was even unmasked, The Masked Singer's Queen Bee gave away her identity with an undeniable clue in Saturday's final.

The zany ITV show has had the nation guessing for a month now, and as each show passes, viewers at home have been desperate to find out the identities of the elaborately disguised celebrities.

Famous faces unmasked so far include The Darkness' frontman Justin Hawkins, Kelis, Skin from Skunk Anansie and Scissor Sisters star Jake Shears who were Chameleon, Daisy, Duck and Unicorn respectively.

The singer who has generated the most social media buzz and detective work from viewers but some stretch is Queen Bee.

And now, despite the panel coming up with all manner of potential candidates so far, viewers think they've got it down to to people - Jade Thirlwall from Little Mix and former Girls Aloud member Nicola Roberts.

And now all bets are off as in her VT before her first performance, Queen Bee said she was "looking at everything through Cinderella's Eyes," which was in fact the name of Nicola's solo album.

Queen Bee accent clue

Add to that that Queen Bee also said she found fame on a singing show and the clues last week about not  being able to speak French - a firm nod to Girls Aloud song Can't Speak French and the fact she said she wasn't a Geordie and Queen Bee is definitely Nicola.

Hours before the final, Charlotte Church tweeted to deny she was Queen Bee but is still a hot tip to be Octopus on the show.
