Masked Singer's Pigeon's identity 'solved' by fans after telling accent clue

The Masked Singer UK fans are convinced they have uncovered Pigeon's identity.

While some of the judges were convinced it was none other than Gemma Collins, fans of the ITV singing show are convinced it is Emily Atack under the mask.

Football pundit Chris Kamara became the first celebrity eliminated from the show in week one, and was followed by Lulu, Martin and Shirlie Kemp. On Saturday night Scottish snooker legend Stephen Hendry became the most recent celebrity to leave the competition.

The new clues for Pigeon included winning a title, enjoying 'a natter' and being in the top 10 charts.

“Even though I might have ruffled a few feathers in my time, personally I’m unflappable. That’s why I’m able to ask the tough questions," she said as one clue. She added: “The competition will be pecking up the pieces.”

Others have suggested that the Pigeon will be an “older” celebrity, pointing to the pearl necklace and generally old-fashioned outfit. After Pigeon performed Yeah by Usher on the latest episode, fans took to Twitter convinced they had the right person as the celebrity under the mask.

One viewer wrote: "'Too cool for school' Emily Atack was in Inbetweeners. #pigeon" Another tweeted: "I think pigeon is Emily Atack @EmAtack cos she’s good at impressions #MaskedSingerUK."

A third fan commented: "Pigeon’s “voice” does sound like Emily Atack’s impression of Gemma Collins, which would be very meta #MaskedSingerUK"

Meanwhile, another wrote: "If you've ever watched the Emily Atack show, Pidgeon sounds exactly like her impersonation of Gemma Collins #MaskedSingerUK."
