Masked Singer fans left with huge question after Badger's incredible performance

The Masked Singer viewers have been struggling to work out who Badger is on the show, with clues not giving much away.

The latest episode left many convinced they would never guess the truth too.

Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus was the chosen track for him to perform, while he also dropped a series of new hints.

From being on a set, and different studio types, and loving to play games there was also mention of a hat.

Before the show even started, fans guessed the overall song list could be a clue to his identity - after he was tipped to be US singer Ne-yo.

With Robin confirmed to be performing the singer's track Closer, fans mocked the fact he was singing a song linked to the possible identity of Badger.

When the show itself aired and Badger took to the stage, his voice and the clues did nothing but confuse people - making people reject their initial guesses.

Judges Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Mo Gilligan did their best to decipher what the clues meant.

They weren't alone as the viewers watching at home did the same, leading to many claiming they had finally cracked the case - but most were so confused.

Taking to Twitter, it was Ne-yo who became a strong contender for being under the mask, but the majority of viewers had no idea.

One viewer commented: "I have no clue who Badger is but I want him to win #MaskedSingerUK tbh."

A third added: "Badger I just don’t have a clue."
