Davina McCall was left with her hands on her head in disbelief at Bonnie Langford being revealed as Squirrel in Saturday's Masked Dancer final.
After Scarecrow was unmasked as EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite and Take That's Howard Donald was found to be the person hiding in the Zip costume, just Squirrel and Carwash were left standing.
And in the end, the virtual audience chose Carwash as Masked Dancer winner, meaning another dance show triumph for Olympic gymnast Louis Smith, who previously won Strictly in 2012.
Panellist Mo Gilligan correctly guessed Louis but not one of the judges put former Doctor Who star Bonnie in the frame to be Squirrel, with them all going for younger female stars like Maisie Smith and Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.
It was Davina who looked the most taken aback as Bonnie, 56, removed her mask, with the ex Big Brother presenter, shouting: "what? What?" as Oti Mabuse's jaw dropped next to her.
Mo Gilligan reacted: "I did not see that coming," as Davina told the famous redhead: "Your energy is just screaming youth! You're amazing!"

Guest panellist Holly Willoughby added: "The way you move your body around that stage, it's like you're 18. It's ridiculous!" before Bonnie proudly showed off her Pussycat Dolls-esque high kick.
Davina then joked: "They'd be lucky to have you!"
Jonathan Ross recalled a Doctor Who clue from one of Squirrel's VTs, pointing to the fact that Bonnie once played the assistant on the long-running BBC show and also the ice cream nod to her role in Just William and her character's famous catchphrase "I shall scream!"
Viewers were equally in awe of Bonnie's dancing, with one tweeting: "You were amazing you give women in their 20s a run for their money!!!!" and another reacting: "what a fabulous example for women of a certain age"
