Marvel Games are seeing a significant rise in recent times thanks to "Marvel Rivals," but other titles have already been canceled by their respective developers despite their newfound fame. However, this might not be the case for "Marvel's Blade."

Two years after it was announced, "Marvel's Blade" is now at the center of a new rumor sharing the game's report release date. Alongside this, the rumor also shares that the game is not set to have an exclusive run on Xbox consoles only as a PlayStation 5 version is also coming.

'Marvel's Blade' Rumors Share Release Date

According to the latest post by @eXtas1s via X, there is a new rumor that allegedly reveals the "Marvel's Blade" release date, which is reportedlyset for November 2027. This is reportedly a release window that developer Arkane Lyon and publisher Bethesda are considering for the game, but there is still no official word from either of them as of writing.

The rumor shares the latest update on "Marvel's Blade," which gamers have not heard about since the project was announced by its developers two years ago.

There has been a lot of silence on Marvel games that were announced in the past years, and according to ComicBook Gaming, the same applies even to titles like "Marvel's Wolverine" from Insomniac Games.

PS5 Version of 'Marvel's Blade' Is Coming

Apart from the leaker's release date revelation, it has also been revealed that "Marvel's Blade" will not be an Xbox exclusive after all as a PlayStation 5 version is also coming. This means that the game which will dive deep into the famed vampire hunter's story will be available on the Xbox Series S and X should it still be the present-gen console by that time, PC, and PlayStation 5.

The rumor also lines up with the latest traction of Microsoft and Xbox's plans to be a games distributor in the gaming industry thanks to its acquisitions of various development companies like Bethesda and Activision Blizzard. Several initially exclusive Xbox titles were already made available to the PS5, including the famed "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle."

Microsoft has been ramping up its said plans, offering titles to the PlayStation and no longer fighting the "console wars" but using its unique position to unite the gaming industry.
