A new rumor about "Marvel Rivals" is talking about the possible arrival of Deadpool to the arena shooter game.
The latest rumor follows recent leak of voice lines discovered online, which indicated that Deadpool is the character being talked about.
It will almost be a year since "Marvel Rivals" was launched, and since its release, many players have already asked about the Merc with a Mouth's arrival, but this has yet to be addressed.
'Marvel Rivals' Rumor: Deadpool May Be Coming Soon
Deadpool, also known as Wade Wilson, is one of Marvel's most popular characters. Although Deadpool has not been included in "Marvel Rivals" yet, recent rumors suggest this could soon change, according to GameRant.
Before this latest rumor, there have been various teasers that have subtly mentioned or referenced Deadpool's possible arrival in the arena shooter game. This includes the addition of Wolverine's movie-accurate skin taken directly from the 2024 film "Deadpool & Wolverine," which is also known to be the official arrival of mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
According to the report, the current rumor indicated that Deadpool's arrival on "Marvel Rivals" has been planned for quite some time already, but it has never officially made it into the game.
It is also known that NetEase Games has plans to bring more new characters at a faster pace after the latest season drop, and this could potentially fast-track Deadpool's arrival.

According to a post by XOXLEAK, a "Marvel Rivals" insider, shared voice lines from different existing characters of "Marvel Rivals" which were either talking directly to Deadpool or referring to the character as Wade, among other indirect references.
Several of these characters' voice lines are known for their affiliations with Deadpool in the Marvel Universe, including Wolverine, Storm, The Punisher, Hulk, and Spider-Man. That being said, Wade Wilson also had different interactions with the likes of the Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Namor the Submariner, and more.
Despite the compelling voice line leaks suggesting Deadpool's imminent arrival, NetEase Games has not confirmed or commented on his inclusion in "Marvel Rivals." Still, fans eagerly hope Deadpool and others like Daredevil join the game soon.
