Wolverine nerf
The base damage of Wolverine’s Berserk Claw Strike has been increased from 6 to 8, while his Percentage Damage per attack at maximum Rage has been reduced from 4.5% to 3.5%.
His Regenerative Healing Factor cooldown has been nerfed to 105 seconds from 90 seconds, while his cooldown reduction when participating in KOs has been increased from 10 to 12 seconds.

Primal Flame (Phoenix – Wolverine)
With the launch of season three, the devs observed that Wolverine’s new Team-Up Ability with Phoenix led to tough times for Vanguard.
This is why his Lifesteal gained during Phoenix Warrior has been reduced from 33% to 25%. The devs nerfed the Primal Flame to dial down his threat level against the Vanguards in this update to restore balance.
New Summer Special event
The July 17 update introduces a new Summer Special event that runs until Aug. 15 and offers many rewards.

You can upgrade to the Summer Special Premium Edition for permanent access and unlock even more exclusive rewards, such as The Thing – Sunshine Thing and Luna Snow – Cool Summer costumes.

Fixes and optimizations
All platforms
The devs have fixed an issue across all platforms, where modifying keybinds for keyboard and controller could affect each other under certain circumstances.
Maps and modes
For certain maps and modes, NetEase fixed terrain issues that caused heroes to become stuck or clip through odd locations, floating broken objects, and collision errors.
Heroes
For heroes like Hulk, his ultimate ability caused a glitch where his smashes could display incorrectly if the unlucky target happened to be on a portal during the grab animation. The devs fixed that.
This July 17 update also fixes a bug related to Magneto, which caused him to sometimes suffer negative effects when blocking Cloak’s Terror Cape with Metallic Curtain.
