Marvel fans are convinced that the first proper trailer for Avengers: Doomsday may be hitting the internet a lot sooner than we originally thought.
"*suena música de Avengers*," Marvel Studios' Latin America account tweeted yesterday (April 19), which translates to "*Avengers music plays*."
Fans seem to have taken that as a sign that the trailer will be dropping imminently, with one replying, "DAMN IT, RELEASE THE TRAILER ALREADY!!!" and another writing, "UPLOAD IT NOW, thanks."
Four Doomsday teasers have already been released, featuring Steve Rogers, Thor and his adopted daughter, the X-Men, and the Fantastic Four meeting the Wakandans. However, those clips were more like footage from the movie itself rather than a straight-up trailer.
The first Doomsday trailer has already premiered, teasing some Thor vs. Doctor Doom action, but that happened behind closed doors at this year's CinemaCon. It seemed likely that it would make its public debut ahead of theatrical screenings of The Mandalorian and Grogu on May 22 – after all, the aforementioned teasers dropped ahead of Avatar: Fire and Ash in theaters last December before eventually making their way online.
Still, we may end up getting the trailer a few weeks early if fans are proved right. To compare to previous Avengers movies, Infinity War and Endgame's first trailers dropped just six and five months before those movies' release dates. With Doomsday still over seven months away, fans may be a little too eager – but we'll just have to wait and see to know for sure.
